The Los Angeles branch of Eco Caters has officially moved into its new kitchen on the Culver Studios production lot. The Culver Studios is proud to welcome this exclusive in-house catering company. As a welcoming celebration Eco Caters hosted a meet and greet event for the staff and crew. Gourmet morsels from the kitchen: handmade crab cakes with local mozzarella, plump samosas fresh from the oven with a reduced mint sauce, and a grilled chicken shawarma skewers with a tart cucumber coconut yogurt sauce.
